In July 2026, Bond Vet and Small Door Veterinary merged to build a more connected, accessible, and compassionate veterinary care experience across routine, primary, and urgent care. The combined organization will span more than 55 clinics across major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets, serving over half a million pets.

This role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of our combined organization and advancing our shared mission to transform veterinary care.

What You'll Do

• Patient handling and husbandry
• Client education and partnership
• Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
• Diagnostic management and medication administration
• Emergency triage and response
• Detailed medical record keeping
• Run appointments alongside assistants

You'll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
• Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
• CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
