Human Resources Intern

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Office of Human Resources, is seeking an intern to assist with various administrative projects. Major Responsibilities and Duties Update position description templates (e.g., department name, department ID, office name); Track updated position descriptions by office; Save position descriptions with established naming convention; Scan and index personnel files in electronic personnel system (i.e., OnBase); Assist staff with boxing up files per records retention schedule; Update templates and forms to department approved letterhead; Use checklists to assist in archiving electronic documents on SharePoint sites; Generate HR reports and compile stats in bi-weekly report; Support HR senior analysts and managers by providing administrative support on various projects as needed. Qualifications Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
