Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of Order Picker Operator experience required Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy

Job Duties Barcode and process incoming boxes and files Pull access lists and refile boxes/files as needed Process boxes scheduled for destruction Perform bay consolidations and warehouse organization tasks Safely operate an order picker forklift and other warehouse equipment Complete equipment safety inspections before use Load, unload, move, and store materials accurately Assist with warehouse maintenance, pickups, and deliveries Perform basic vehicle and equipment care Complete other assigned warehouse duties

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
