Responsibilities

• Drive outstanding sales generation and client service by managing, coaching, and guiding Wealth Advisors, Private Client Bankers, and Wealth Associates in a defined market.
• Create strong collaboration with business partner leaders to grow the advisory group.
• Establish sales goals, define success formulas, and coach business partners on pre‑call planning, client/prospect appointments, and post‑call debriefs.
• Develop and implement market‑specific sales strategies.
• Implement and maintain technology infrastructure to support Wealth and Private Client associates, including group email, call center, support case tracking, and other systems.
• Provide leadership and direction to Wealth Associates who support client‑facing associates.
• Identify strengths and gaps in performance, providing development opportunities aligned with career goals.
• Drive continual improvement of KPI performance to enhance the internal and external client experience.
• Manage a team of Wealth Advisors, Private Client Bankers, and Wealth Associates, including hiring, retaining, and ongoing performance management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in financial services.
• Technical knowledge of servicing Wealth and Private Clients, investment management client needs, operational processes, and key supporting systems.
• Knowledge of key performance metrics and experience managing sales and client service teams.
• Ability to achieve results while adhering to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outstanding leadership and collaborative qualities.
• Master’s degree in Business.
• Advanced designation such as CFP or ChFC.

Additional Role Information

• Complexity: Problems faced are moderately to highly complex.
• Degree of Independence: Works with limited supervision and effectively manages workflow.
• Physical Requirements: Sits and works on a computer for long periods; converse with clients; occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.; frequently lifts up to 10 lbs.; frequently sits, stands, walks, and drives.

Compliance Statement

The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $175,000/year to $190,000/year.
• Benefits include a comprehensive benefits guide.
• Incentive Eligibility: All roles are incentive eligible except Co‑Op, Intern, or Student positions.
