About the Role The Network Administrator plays an important role in keepingBarrett Financial Group’s technology secure, reliable, and connected. Thisposition manages and supports our network, server, cloud, and communicationssystems across our Chandler office. In this role, you’ll oversee Microsoft 365, Windows Server2025, and Ubiquiti UniFi equipment. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues,manage system access, coordinate upgrades, document our network environment,and support business continuity. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandler,Arizona. What You’ll Do AdministerMicrosoft 365 accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, Exchange Online,Teams, SharePoint, and security settings Administerand maintain Windows Server 2025 systems ManageActive Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and user access Configure,monitor, and maintain Ubiquiti UniFi gateways, switches, wireless accesspoints, and related equipment Monitornetwork availability, performance, security, and connectivity Troubleshootnetwork, server, internet, wireless, and system access issues Manageuser accounts, permissions, multifactor authentication, and accesscontrols Supportteam member onboarding, transfers, and offboarding from a systems accessperspective Installsystem updates, security patches, and firmware updates Reviewsystem alerts and respond to outages, security events, and performanceconcerns Coordinatewith internet service providers, technology vendors, and outside supportpartners Maintainnetwork diagrams, system documentation, equipment inventories, procedures,and vendor records Assistwith data backup, recovery, and business continuity processes Supportnetwork upgrades, equipment replacements, office expansions, andtechnology projects Provideadvanced technical support and resolve escalated technology issues Followcompany security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements Performscheduled maintenance outside regular business hours when needed What You Bring Threeor more years of network or systems administration experience Workingknowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switching, andwireless networking Experiencemanaging user accounts, system permissions, and security settings Strongtechnical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Abilityto document systems, procedures, configurations, and completed work Strongcommunication and customer service skills Abilityto manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent technical issues Abilityto work with confidential company and team member information Availabilityto work full-time on-site in Chandler, Arizona Preferred Experience HybridWindows Server and Microsoft 365 cloud environments Fibernetworking 3CXphone systems Veeambackup and recovery Microsoft,networking, security, or Ubiquiti certifications Why You’ll Love Working Here A fun,supportive team focused on collaboration and problem-solving Leadershipthat values your voice, ideas, and professional growth Opportunitiesto take ownership of key technology systems and projects Adirect role in protecting and supporting Barrett’s growing operations Aculture that balances professionalism with personality, where we work hardand have fun doing so Barrett Financial Group is an equal opportunity employer.
