Deine Aufgaben Du entwickelst zielgruppengerichtete Strategien für langfristige Beziehungen mit unseren aktuellen und künftigen Partnern und stellst den Erfolg des Partner-Management-Teams sicher Du identifizierst und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team künftige Partner für Xentral Du entwickelst, zusammen mit unseren Partnern, Strategien zur gemeinsamen Kundenansprache Du förderst die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit – vor allem mit unseren Sales- und Marketing-Teams Du agierst als fachlicher Experte und übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Coaching und Mentoring des Partner-Management-Teams Du bist verantwortlich für die Definition von Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten und treibst die Personalstrategie für Dein Team Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte und Auswertungen, mit Hilfe derer Du die Ziele des Teams definierst und weiterentwickelst Dein Profil Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Software-Bereich Du bist ein erfahrener Leader mit ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten im People-Management und in der Entwicklung von Teams Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung mit dem Thema ERP, im E-Commerce und im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld (Shop/CRM/HCM) Du verfügst über ein umfangreiches Netzwerk an potentiellen Partnern Du weißt Dich hervorragend in Deutsch – verbal und schriftlich – auszudrücken und kommunizierst souverän in Englisch #J-18808-Ljbffr Crew
