The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial operations and maintaining strong internal controls./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pTransaction Processing/pulliProcess credit card transactions through online platforms/liliEnter and process non-ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) invoices/liliReview and analyze freight files from third-party providers/liliProcess employee expense reports in Concur/li/ulpReconciliation Reporting/pulliPost and reconcile Concur-related entries/liliPerform monthly account reconciliations/liliAssist with financial reporting and analysis as needed/li/ulpCompliance Documentation/pulliSupport and maintain the 1099 reporting process/liliEnsure accurate recordkeeping in compliance with company policies and retention requirements/li/ulpSupport Continuous Improvement/pulliAssist with special projects and reporting as needed/liliCollaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pEducation/pulliAssociates degree in Accounting or related field required/liliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred/lili0-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience/liliWorking knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes/li/ulpSkills Competencies/pulliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)/liliExperience working with ERP systems/liliFamiliarity with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred/liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy/liliExcellent organizational and time management skills/liliAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/li/ulpPhysical requirements and working conditions:/pulliPrimarily desk-based role with regular computer use/liliMay require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer/li/ulpITW is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. The range for this position is: $24.50 - $28.00 (Hourly).
