About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at The Springs of Red Oak in Hot Springs, Arkansas. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Perform vital signs, dressing changes, and other skilled nursing tasks
Participate in patient assessments, progress notes, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and medication administration
Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards
