Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group. 5 - 10 years of experience preferred.Core Requirements:- Must have 8 - 10 years of experience- Experience in Bank Payments- Payment Platforms: SWIFT, FEDWIRE, ACH- Payment Vendors: FISERV, ACI, FINASTRA- Experience in ISO 2022- No specific software requirements- but business analysis expertise requiredRequired Skills:- Experience in ISO 20022- Payment Vendors: FISERV, ACI, FINASTRA- Business Analysis/Operational analysis background, working w/ business stakeholdersBasic Qualification:Additional Skills:Background Check: YesNotes: This role is more on the business/operational side of things versus technical. The bank is revamping their systems to be ISO 20022 compliant, so this person will be the SME in this space.
