Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare journal entries and support financial statement preparation. Analyze financial data and investigate account variances. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions as needed. Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-3+ years of accounting experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
