Join us!Under the supervision of the VP of Nursing, ACNO, or designee, the wound care registered nurse provides holistic, individualized patient care to meet the wound care needs of the patient. Additional functions will be performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.What you will do in this role:Assess the patients condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patients medical record.
