Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable, agile approach while assisting with day-to-day security-related operations across the property. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 07:00 PM - 01:00 AM Wed 07:00 PM - 01:00 AM Sun 07:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including retail, dining, entertainment, parking, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd and guest flow, and address policy-related issues with professionalism and courtesy. Support closing and opening routines, observe for property-related concerns, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when needed. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
