Full-Time | $18-$24 per hour DOE

Aladdin Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for a detail-oriented, technology-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Safety & Compliance Representative.

No trucking or compliance experience is required. We will train the right candidate. Previous experience or familiarity with the trucking industry is a plus and will help you succeed in this position.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Assist customers with transportation compliance and safety-related services
• Answer customer questions by phone and email
• Enter and maintain information in company databases and software systems
• Process customer documentation and electronic records
• Review information for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with permits, registrations, mileage reporting, and other transportation services
• Support billing and invoicing processes
• Learn federal and state transportation compliance requirements
• Work with team members to improve customer service and operational processes
• Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned

• Strong computer and technology skills

• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Customer service, office, administrative, banking, insurance, retail management, or data entry experience is a plus
• Transportation or trucking experience is helpful but not required
