Ideal candidates will bring:

• Current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children, particularly K-4th grade populations
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Effective collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and school teams
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and complying with school and state regulations
• Energetic, compassionate approach to empowering young students

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students individually and in small groups
• Conduct regular screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and revise Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate progress to families and participate in meetings as needed
• Provide consultative support to educators regarding classroom strategies and accommodations
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with policies and standards
