Job Summary
EdenPath ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Maryland, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Regional Director BCBA to join our team! As a Regional Director BCBA, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical side of our company while partnering with families to provide personalized, evidence-based therapy in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the regional office, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients and families (Remote)
Train a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality services
Develop and implement regional goals and objectives, aligning with the company's overall strategy
Provide clinical leadership and support to staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with families to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to drive growth and development
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the company's services and mission
Requirements
Part-time to full-time position available
Certified BCBA
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards
Ability to travel within the region, as needed
