Client Services Representative

Client Support Specialist In this role, you will serve as ADP's front‑line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor and problem solver: Work independently or as part of a team to service ADP’s products and technology, taking initiative to find solutions for time‑sensitive issues. Build relationships: Interact with clients via phone, email, or chat, exceeding client expectations and upholding ADP’s core value of integrity. Educate and provide recommendations: Leverage product knowledge to help clients understand the value of ADP’s offerings and recommend best practices. Organize: Maintain a daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls, with increased call volume during peak seasons. Track metrics: Work in a metrics‑driven call center environment and meet performance and client satisfaction goals. Required Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in client service, customer service, or systems integration. Availability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Preferred Experience Military experience is valued; veterans’ discipline and problem‑solving skills are highly regarded.
