Job Details

We are hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager / Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations within a skilled nursing and subacute care unit. This is an ideal opportunity for a Nursing Supervisor, RN Supervisor, or Charge Nurse ready to step into a stable leadership role with growth into Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a nursing unit in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care Perform patient assessments and oversee care planning Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams Manage clinical documentation using EHR systems (Sigmacare, Cerner) Support training, coaching, and development of nursing staff Oversee IV therapy, subacute care, and memory care programs Requirements Active RN license (New York) 2+ years of leadership experience (RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager) Strong background in long-term care, SNF, or subacute settings Experience with patient assessment, care plans, and staff supervision Familiarity with Sigmacare, Cerner, or EMR systems preferred Ideal Backgrounds RN Supervisor Charge Nurse ready for leadership Assistant Nurse Manager Long-Term Care Nurse Leader Subacute / Rehab Nurse Supervisor
