Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care, including conducting assessments, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions
• Work with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient education and support, ensuring patients and their families understand treatment options and care instructions
• Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
• Maintain patient advocacy by ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oceanside
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering compassionate care
