Call Center Customer Service Representative We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle high‑volume inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. The candidate must have experience in a customer‑service and problem resolution role, be able to handle at least 50 calls per day, and type at least 40 words per minute. Qualifications Current or most recent job title in customer service or related field. Current or most recent employer listed. Minimum years of experience in customer service and problem resolution representative position: None Less than a year 1–3 years 4–5 years 6–10 years 10+ years Experience handling at least 50 calls per day. Typing speed: at least 40–69 words per minute. Highest level of education completed: Diploma Associate Bachelors Masters Doctorate Juris Doctorate None Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting/financial software (Journal Entry, Budgeting, GAAP, FP&A, Audit, Reconciliations, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Finance, Variance Analysis) is desired. Job Logistics On‑site role requiring 5 days a week. Reliable transportation to work on‑site. Availability to start immediately, within a week, within two weeks, or over two weeks. Preferred shifts: Days, Nights, Overnights, Weekends. Work settings open to: Hybrid, On‑site, Remote.
