About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Power System Sales for the USA to spearhead the expansion of its Power System Studies capability across North America. This leadership role is pivotal in defining and delivering the market strategy, developing key client relationships, and driving sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the US strategy, winning and nurturing senior client relationships across various sectors, and leading market entry and expansion efforts. Additionally, the role involves building and scaling the US team, overseeing proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations, and acting as the primary interface between clients and engineering teams. Applicants for the Head of Power System Sales position should be degree-qualified in electrical engineering or a related field, with a strong background in power system studies, grid integration, or power systems consulting. The role requires a proven track record in business development, an established network in the US market, and a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a high level of responsibility and be adept at working closely with global delivery teams to ensure the quality of execution. This is a unique opportunity to lead a US Power Systems business within a respected global engineering group, combining technical expertise with significant commercial ownership.
