Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS - AHA Only, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: - Emergency Room experience - Availability to float as needed - On-call availability 2 out of 28 days Description: The position involves providing critical care in an emergency setting. Candidates must be prepared to manage trauma care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential. Candidates should possess strong assessment and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is required. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is beneficial. Effective communication with patients and families is crucial. Participation in ongoing education and training is expected. Adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols is mandatory.
