Assistant/Assoc. Professor, Non-Tenure Track

Responsibilities Teach in undergraduate and/or graduate programs, including didactic, clinical, lab, and online instruction. Mentor students. Participate in service activities at the college, university, and professional levels. Engage in curriculum and clinical site evaluation. Conduct scholarly work and contribute to college and university service consistent with the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Be present onsite during standard business hours; no remote work option available. Travel to clinical sites and teach across Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Sarasota‑Manatee campuses as needed. Minimum Qualifications Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (non‑tenure earning). Additional Minimum Qualifications Hold or be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN) in the state of Florida by the start date. Preferred Qualifications Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated record of grant writing and/or research in nursing healthcare leadership.
