Business Development Coordinator - Immediate Openings

The Dorne Region has an immediate opening for a Business Development Coordinator in West Palm Beach. This full-time, on-site role is built for a goal-oriented communicator who wants to learn how client conversations, organized outreach, and steady follow-up support business growth. Your work will include: Starting and managing client conversations professionally. Identifying what information people are seeking. Coordinating the appropriate next conversation or appointment. Maintaining activity, notes, and follow-up with care. . You will receive training, coaching, and examples to help you learn the process. An insurance background and degree are not required. Transferable experience from retail, hospitality, recruiting, fitness, athletics, customer service, or sales can be valuable.
