Hourly Pay: $27.35-$28.50 The position will start in Auburn and move to Rocklin Spring 2027. Comprehensive Benefits Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement Plan with 6% match What You'll Do Create, manage, and adjust daily provider schedules for Medical and Behavioral Health teams in scheduling system. Monitor scheduling metrics and proactively communicate scheduling capacity, supply-demand variations, and coverage needs. Coordinate coverage for provider leave (PTO/CME), including scheduling locum providers and managing real-time sick call adjustments. Maintain scheduling protocols, templates, and dashboards while ensuring accuracy in group visits, meeting blocks, and provider availability. Serve as the key liaison between scheduling and operations to ensure alignment with staffing resources, public health trends, and patient access goals. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules, while following guidelines, policies and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Platform and ideally EMR. Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
