Senior Director, Product Management

Role: Senior Director of Product Management overseeing global AI and digital products within Medical Affairs, focusing on Oncology, International, and enterprise capabilities. Objectives: own product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring adoption, business value, and outcome impact. Responsibilities define product vision, strategy, and roadmap engage senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level), translating complex needs into clear requirements collaborate with architecture and engineering teams for scalable, compliant solutions lead cross-functional teams without direct authority manage product lifecycle, including post-launch metrics and compliance considerations Qualifications 12+ years in product management with at least 4-5 years at senior/director level proven experience translating enterprise or life sciences strategies into scalable AI-based solutions strong stakeholder management with senior executives familiarity with agile methodologies pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred, especially in Medical Affairs knowledge of AI/ML, responsible AI, and emerging AI regulation (e.g., EU AI Act).
