We are seeking a Senior Director to help accelerate growth in the Luxury sector. Working with the Consumer Products & Retail Sector Lead, you will join a team developing next-generation solutions to transform consumer products companies. As a Senior Director, you will lead the Capgemini Invent consumer product & retail business, drive growth in the Luxury sector, manage key client relationships, and oversee transformation programs for clients. You’ll represent Capgemini Invent and collaborate with broader Consumer Product & Retail teams and service lines. You’ll set direction, model values and behaviors, and coach junior team members. Key Expectations From This Role Include Executing our go-to-market strategy for the Luxury sector to position it for significant growth Working with the Head of Consumer Products & Retail to ensure coherence of all offerings Capitalizing on existing client relationships in Consumer Products and developing new ones; identifying and building a strong network of client contacts to convert them into key Capgemini Invent clients Externally, you will establish presence and senior relationships to understand challenges and potential solutions, and to sell and deliver high-quality consulting and technology-enabled business transformation.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience You would have the following experience and personal attributes: A proven track record in consulting new business development and account management in tier consumer products companies across the full sales lifecycle Strong management consulting experience with proven sales and delivery success in Consumer Products companies Currently working in a major consulting firm and/or in industry with a consulting background Experience in digital transformation A clear and proven area of specialization – e.g. marketing, commercial, operations, data and insights Experience in proposition building and delivery Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization and to enlist support from peers in selling and delivering solutions What you’ll love about working here Capgemini is committed to diversity and inclusion and aims to enable a healthy work-life balance with hybrid working arrangements where possible.
