Growth Marketing & Communications Lead (Hands-On, Early-Stage)

Cap is seeking a Marketing and Communications Lead to own how the world understands Cap. You will craft messaging, guide campaigns, and manage a PR agency in a hands-on, early-stage environment. You will influence the company direction and participate in upside growth. You will drive strategy, messaging consistency across site, decks, and social, and tailor campaigns by audience segments.
