Preconstruction Manager Fort Worth, TX | $160,000.00-$200,000.00 We’re seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and design coordination for upcoming projects. This role sets the foundation for successful execution by managing stakeholders, aligning scope and cost, and mitigating risks. What You’ll Do Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules during preconstruction. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Oversee cost estimating, value engineering, and risk management. Ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to construction. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of preconstruction or estimating experience. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
