Job Description
Exciting Night Shift Opportunity for Dedicated Healthcare Professionals!

Job Description:


- Join a vibrant team in an Acute Care Hospital setting with 356 staffed beds .
- Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30).
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Patient Ratios: Enjoy manageable ratios of 1:4 .


Key Qualifications:


- Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years .
- Certifications:
- ACLS
- BCLS
- NIHSS
- PALS
- First-timers are welcome!

Schedule:


- Expect to work every other weekend - 6-8 shifts per contract.
- RTO: Must include at the time of submission.

Duties and Requirements:


- Will potentially float to pediatric units when necessary.
- Participate in interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and more.
- Handle patient care for neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics .


Unit Details:


- Daily Census: Approximately 185 patients .
- Number of Rooms: 29 .
- Free Parking available!

Orientation:


- Comprehensive 12 hours of orientation provided to ease your transition.

Special Skills:


- Arterial line management and blood product administration.
- Care of ventilated patients and level I/II trauma experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage IV sedation.

Submission Requirements:


- Compact license must be valid and in hand at submission.
- References Required: 2 references covering a year within the last 3 years.
- Must commit to flexibly managing your schedule.
