Experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator (Shop) Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: Full-Time Pay: based on experience, no cap for the right person What You’ll Do Fabricate rectangular, round duct, and oval fittings, and custom pieces without constant supervision Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately Run shop equipment (shear, brake, plasma, roll former, etc.) efficiently Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble ductwork to spec Keep production moving and hit deadlines Work as part of a tight, no-drama shop crew What We Expect Proven HVAC sheet metal experience (this is NOT entry-level) Ability to read prints and build fittings correctly the first time Strong work ethic — show up, work hard, no excuses Speed and quality (we need both) Pride in your work — clean, accurate fabrication Ability to handle physical shop work (lifting, standing, etc.) Bonus Points If You Have Experience with complex/custom ductwork Welding or specialty fabrication skills Leadership ability (we promote from within) What You Get Top pay for top performers — we pay for skill, not time served Overtime available Steady, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) Clear path to lead roles for the right people Respect — if you produce, you’ll be treated like it Bottom Line We’re building a strong shop and only want people who can keep up.
