We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Recruiting Administrator to support our Human Resources and production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee administration for both temporary and full-time employees.

Key responsibilities include :
• Organize and maintain recruiting and employee records
• Coordinate and manage the temporary employee hiring process
• Review, sort, and screen candidate resumes
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
• Prepare onboarding and employment documentation
• Conduct new hire orientation for temporary and direct hire employees
• Partner with staffing agencies to support ongoing hiring needs
• Keep HR and production leadership informed on recruiting progress
• Assist with payroll and general administrative tasks
• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

• Previous recruiting or administrative experience preferred
