This position involves providing patient care in a step down unit, with an emphasis on skills in progressive care and telemetry. The role requires adaptable clinical expertise across PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry units, depending on the needs of the healthcare provider. Job Details Required Qualifications: RN license (verification through Nursys License), Drivers License or State ID, Ascension Profile, two professional references, and an updated resume. Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU, Med-Surg Telemetry, or Acute Care settings. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The selected traveler will be placed on units with the greatest need, either PCU or Med-Surg/Telemetry, based on skills. Credentialing includes the RN Step Down (PCU) specialty exam and skills verification. Orientation will be provided, and floating onsite within skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles may be required.
