MRI Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: 4x10-Hour (06:00 - 18:00) with weekend coverage of 16 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday, with 8 additional hours on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday evenings from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide quality imaging services. The traveler will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to perform scans while collaborating with other health professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans as per physician's orders and departmental protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of images produced for diagnostic purposes.
• Collaborate with medical staff to discuss patient care and imaging needs.
• Document and maintain patient records within the Cerner and Fuji Synapse systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered MRI technician.
• Certifications Required: BCLS, ARRT (MR).
• First-timers accepted if registered with 2 years of MRI experience.
• IV Starts required; PACS/Contrast experience preferred.
• Pending state license accepted, active by start date.
