Licensed Insurance Sales ProfessionalAn insurance company in White Settlement has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional! M-F 9a-5p (can work more hours if needed for clients). Pay: Base hourly plus sales bonus once licensed. Temp to hire.To qualify, you must be licensed in Property and Casualty general lines OR become licensed within 45 days from hire. Future expectation: Obtain a license in Life & Health insurance to be able to sell all lines of insurance. Training materials provided and support given to become licensed! No cost to you for training materials and exam.Pay: If you are not licensed: $15-$16/hr-DOE. Active License in C&P: $17-$18/hr-DOE plus Sales Bonuses.Job duties once licensed:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer serviceService can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationJob duties-not licensed:General admin/clerical duties for the officeAnswering phonesGreeting walk-in customersTaking paymentsIdeal candidate:Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerMotivated to succeedBilingual in Spanish- a plus
