High Adventure Treks (HATS) in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of all adventures, ensuring safety and a high-quality experience for participants. This hands-on leadership role spans program logistics, vendor and venue relationships, curriculum delivery for leadership programs, budgeting, and reporting to the CEO and Board.
