$120,555+ at plan

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.

• Educate clients on the benefits of our comprehensive product suite, including life insurance, annuities, and investment options.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive growth.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance.

• Utilize our advanced tools and resources to streamline processes and improve client service efficiency.

• Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your expertise and career progression within the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship-building.
• Proven track record of providing customized financial solutions to meet diverse client needs.
• Strong understanding of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and protection strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment in West Texas.
• Must live in the Midland/Odessa area.
