Client Overview:

Our client is a global manufacturing company looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85k - $100k

Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership and analysis to support business unit performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Full P&L ownership.
• Assist with the monthly close cycle and P&L review results for accuracy.
• Monthly and ad-hoc reporting and presentations to deliver insight on budget variances and KPIs.
• Lead P&L forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and financial modeling.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced Power BI experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience with process automation and data visualization tools.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance is required.
