Job Description
Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule

Night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.

Requirements

• Active nursing license in the state.
• Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• 2+ years of experience in emergency department nursing, with some pediatric experience required.
• Travel experience required.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
• Skills checklist matching specialty is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the emergency department setting.
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.

Compliance / Notes

Additional documentation, including a drivers license matching demographics, is required at the time of submission. RTO must be included with the application.
