Arcade Attendant

Status: Full and Part-Time / Hourly Reports To: Store Manager Position Summary: The Gamekeeper is the frontline face of the arcade, responsible for creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest. This role handles transactions, restocks prizes, maintains cleanliness, and assists with daily operations to keep the arcade running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a focus on outstanding customer service Promote token packages, arcade promotions, and loyalty programs Assist customers with operating claw machines and redeeming prizes Operate the POS system for transactions and reloads Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and safe arcade environment, including machines and store presentation Restock plushies, prizes, and merchandise regularly Monitor token usage and track inventory as needed Report any technical or maintenance issues to management Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including register counts and store prep Create a fun and memorable experience that encourages repeat visits Skills & Requirements: Friendly, upbeat, and confident communicator with strong customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with basic technology, including POS systems and mobile apps Basic math and cash handling skills Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred Must be at least 16 years old Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Competitive hourly wage Free tokens and discounts Fun and interactive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Fantasy Claw Arcade
