Job Details Position: Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Nurse, specializing in Medical Care Unit, with experience in Telemetry preferred. Schedule: Night shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid license/certification, completion of relevant education, experience in a similar setting (1 year), Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience within the last 12 months, and current practice in a related unit. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient rehab and telemetry. Additional Information: The unit handles patients awaiting placement in long-term care with a variety of diagnoses. Nursing staff will deliver assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations in collaboration with the health team while maintaining high professional standards. The role involves occasional on-call duties, with expected response within one hour during low census periods. Floating between units is required. Estimated hours per week are 36.
