Multifamily Portfolio Accountant (Temporary Assignment) Pay: $30 - $35 per hour Assignment Type: Open-ended temporary assignment We are currently seeking a Temporary Multifamily Portfolio Accountant for a full-time, on-site opportunity with a company in the Dallas area. This role will support the accounting team with day-to-day accounting functions related to a portfolio of properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Prepare and review financial reports for assigned properties Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger work Assist with month-end close activities Conduct bank reconciliations and research discrepancies Support budgeting and forecasting processes Process invoices and assist with accounts payable tasks Assist with CAM reconciliations and lease-related accounting Help with additional accounting projects as needed Qualifications 2–5 years of accounting experience required RealPage experience required Previous real estate or property accounting experience is a plus Experience with accounting software preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Professional communication skills Additional Information Full-time temporary assignment Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain experience within the real estate industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Dallas
