Position Overview We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team servicing commercial and industrial clients in the Kalamazoo area. Job Details Kalamazoo, MI | $28–$50/hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time | Commercial & Industrial Service Work Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, and more Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity Use mechanical and electrical diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Accurately document service activity using a handheld device Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage tools and materials effectively Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers while on site Qualifications 4+ years of hands‑on commercial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification (Required) Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to maintain professionalism and provide top‑tier customer service Experience with chillers, boilers, or hydronic systems (Preferred) OSHA 10 Certification (We’ll provide if not currently certified) Additional Requirements Must pass background check, drug screen, physical ability test, and MVR check Valid driver’s license required Field‑based role with local territory assignments Grow With Us – Paid In‑House Training Level up your expertise through paid, hands‑on training in our onsite labs — including electrical, refrigeration, and hydronics.
