ER Registered NursePosition available for an experienced Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. The role requires floating across various emergency departments. Shifts are three 12-hour night shifts per week. Nurses will manage a patient ratio of 4-5 per shift. Every other weekend and every other holiday availability is required. Expertise in handling trauma patients and critical emergencies is essential. Candidates should possess strong skills in IV management, dysrhythmia interpretation, and ventilated patient care. Experience with blood product administration and procedural sedation monitoring is preferred. The facility cares for a wide variety of patient diagnoses, such as respiratory distress, chest pain, sepsis, and strokes. Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory services and pharmacy. Successful candidates will meet compliance requirements before starting the position. Attendance is crucial; multiple call-offs may lead to termination.
