Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in supporting accounting operations within a large, complex organization. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, along with an interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve financial processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in public or corporate accounting
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience working within a large organization and complex business environment
- Strong experience with large-scale ERP systems
- Exposure to automation, AI, or emerging technologies within accounting/finance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.• At least 3 years of accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both.
• Demonstrated experience with month-end close, general ledger activity, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Background working in a large or complex organization with multiple operational considerations.
• Experience using enterprise-level accounting or ERP systems.
• Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.
• Interest in automation, AI, or other emerging technologies that improve finance and accounting processes.
