This is not a mega-corporation where you wonder what people are doing all day - every Veep is moving the ball forward day in, day out for our customers or for each other.About this roleAs a Regional Sales Manager with Vehlo, in our dealerships division, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to prospective auto dealerships in a respective territory. Our Dealership Regional Sales Manager will cold call and/or visit with dealerships in-person to share how Vehlo can address core challenges in client Fixed Ops functions.Primary Responsibilities:Identify, solicit, and close new prospects through cold-calling activities, distribution of marketing collateral to targeted dealerships, and further penetrating our dealer groupsDrive leads and opportunities through the sales funnel by applying Vehlo’s Sales methodologyMaintain and drive an accurate sales opportunity pipeline using our CRM (Salesforce) and other related toolsShare market-intel with internal stakeholders based on prospect/client feedback to continually improve client experiences and platform features/functionsPartner with our Account Management Team to create clear onboarding expectations for newly acquired clients and internal implementations stakeholdersDuties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice, in accordance with applicable laws.Qualifications:Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75-80%) to support field sales efforts, including client meetings, on-site presentations, and industry events.3+ years of proven software and/or hardware sales experience, within the automotive industry.1+ years of outside field sales experience.Track record of taking ownership in your results by holding yourself and your teammates accountable to exceptional standards.Must reside in the metropolitan regions of Detroit, Cleveland, OR Indianapolis due to defined territory.Why you want to work here!Make an impact on a successful, rocket ship of a software company - growing +25% YoYGrow your professional toolkit, through constant personal growth and fast-track advancement opportunitiesA company committed to hiring a diverse group of talent as it enables us to better serve our highly variable client base with accelerated decision making and stronger outcomesAutomation tools to help you with prospecting, demonstrating, and closing dealsSupportive servant leadership with ongoing feedback, development goals, and career discussionCompetitive base salary with uncapped variable bonuses based on performanceCombination of work from home and field visitsGenerous Vacation, Holiday, and Sick Day PolicyComprehensive benefits package, which includes a 401k with company match**Compensation is based on experience, knowledge, and skills and represents a good faith estimate in accordance with applicable laws.Work Environment & Physical Requirements:This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs.Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset)Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periodsAbility to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communicationAbility to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodationRemote Work Expectations:Maintain a dedicated, safe, and distraction-free workspaceReliable high-speed internet connection sufficient for video conferencing and job-related systemsAbility to maintain productivity in a remote environmentMust reside in a state where the company is authorized to employ workersMust be able to work core hours aligned to Eastern timezone.Travel:Ability to travel as needed, including by air, car, or public transportationAdditional Information:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Employment may be contingent upon a background check in accordance with applicable laws.Note: This job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and requirements of the role.
