Corporate Finance Associate - Lead Complex Credit Closings

Greenberg Traurig

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a 2nd–4th year associate for our Corporate Finance group in Houston, TX. You will work on credit facilities, including administrative agents, lenders and borrowers, and draft related agreements and closing deliverables. Ideal candidates have strong drafting skills, a solid academic record, and are ready to take on substantial responsibility for deal management and client interaction.
