ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Related Duties:

• Perform complete initial psychiatric assessment/evaluations and determine diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Provide follow-up care and consultations to patients.
• Prescribe medications and collaborates with the supervising psychiatrist in case management.
• Utilize specific electronic medical record system and other digital tools to improve. efficiency and accuracy in patient record documentation and management.
• Participates in case conferences and dispositions conferences.
• Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL /EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Psychiatric or Behavioral Health PA (PA-C) or CRNP (PMHNP-BC)
• An unconditional license (also known as a license without restriction) to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as CRNP or PA
• Registration with the Federal Drug enforcement Administration (DEA) to prescribe controlled substances without sanction, restriction, or limitation.
• Current CPR certification

• Must possess intermediate computer skills and typing skills.
• Adheres to patient confidentiality and upholds the professional ethics of Tadiso Inc.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, the public and other entities.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• The work environment is moderation in temperature and in noise.
• The position encompasses the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, and the ability to endure repetitive motion while operating a computer.
• Ability to carry 15lbs.

Compensation details: 115000-120000 Yearly Salary
