Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: $24 - $26/hour + 15% Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

Multiple Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday to Friday

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

As an Aerospace Assembler, you will play a key role in assembling, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting electronic and mechanical components while ensuring compliance with strict aerospace quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and assembly on circuit boards and control panels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical and electronic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, measuring instruments, and standard hand tools.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections according to FAA regulations and company requirements.
• Support engineering and R&D initiatives through training and review of technical documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory within the production area.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new technicians.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

• Strong soldering and electronic assembly experience.
• Experience with circuit board repair, wiring, and component-level assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience using measuring devices and hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of motors, pneumatic valves, and lighting systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing detailed soldering under a microscope.
• Aerospace manufacturing or assembly experience.
• IPC certification(s) preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a light balancing room.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.90/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
