About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Research & Insights to lead the development of a deep and continuous understanding of the interplay between humans and AI agents in the context of customer success. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the company by establishing a research and insights agenda that is integral to the most significant business and product decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research across the experience design, building a continuous intelligence capability, and moving research upstream into enterprise and product strategy. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise experience intelligence, portfolio research, and human-agent research, as well as establishing a robust research operations and knowledge system. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in research at a large scale, deep expertise in various research methodologies, and the ability to influence product strategy and decision-making. Candidates for the SVP, Research & Insights position at the company should have a strong background in leading research within a complex, multi-product enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a history of using research to drive significant changes in product strategy and a deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, behavioral science, and the interpretation of data. Experience in AI, automation, and human-machine collaboration is essential. The role requires a leader with executive presence, the ability to challenge and influence at all levels, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of customer evidence. The SVP will be expected to build and lead a high-performing research team, and their success will be measured by the impact of research on the company's decision-making processes and the continuous evolution of the research knowledge environment.
