Key responsibilities include leading enterprise experience intelligence, portfolio research, and human-agent research, as well as establishing a robust research operations and knowledge system. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in research at a large scale, deep expertise in various research methodologies, and the ability to influence product strategy and decision-making. Candidates for the SVP, Research & Insights position at the company should have a strong background in leading research within a complex, multi-product enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a history of using research to drive significant changes in product strategy and a deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, behavioral science, and the interpretation of data.
