Safety-Kleen in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their safety conscious team! The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit, in terms of optimizing, troubleshooting and performing corrective actions with the goal of maintaining optimum production. RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and acting in a safe manner always. Manage and maintain safe work practices. (SOPs, JHAs and best industry standards). Safely verify and inventory all inbound items. Manage and implement house keeping processes. Initiate all inventory counts: Year end full physical count and cycle counts (weekly) and trouble shoot any inventory discrepancies Develop and cross train staff. Organize daily tool box meetings Run weekly safety meetings Must have fork lift experience - as the supervisor will regularly be on the fork truck. Must have extensive warehouse operations experience. Sound understanding of inventory verbiage. SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) Cycle Count UOM (Unit of Measure) House keeping FIFO Pallet Tag BOL Pick Ticket Positive attitude with moral building mindset. Must explain, teach and train in a professional and patient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to verify all outbound loads per DOT (Dept of transportation) regulations.
